Brandin & Janell Johnson – Owners

We are the owners of “We Buy Houses Fast In Orlando” and we are passionate about the beautiful city of Orlando Florida and love all things real estate! We are focused on providing  exceptional service to our community through our work in real estate,volunteering, and supporting local owned businesses. We truly are “people focused” in our mission to uplift our community.

Why Do We Do This?

From Janell -I’m Janell and I am Brandin’s right hand woman here at We Buy Houses Fast in Orlando. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Ecology and a background in managing non-profit organizations. I have an absolute passion for the community and seeing opportunity around me. This is the same passion and skill that brought me into real estate (and of course some HGTV inspiration also brought me here)! Between assisting with marketing, collaborating with clients, driving around Florida with Brandin looking at properties, and giving the “Janell-Stamp-of-Approval” on all that we do, I am involved in a little bit of everything to help ensure excellence and your satisfaction. I love being involved in flipping properties and helping their previous owners feel a sense of relief that they no longer need to worry about the property. I’m not afraid to get messy, especially with a great before-and-after picture that will result!

From Brandin – I have been working in the real estate industry now for 6 years and it has been an enjoyable experience to help my clients in providing them with excellent customer service as they sell and purchase real estate throughout the state of Florida. I was first exposed to flipping  by my cousin who was flipping houses when I was  graduating high school. I love architecture and creative design, so much so that I love transforming homes into a place of rest for their future owner. Me and my wife spend our time viewing House Hunters who largely show homes in our beautiful city of Orlando, FL. We pride ourselves on our exceptional communicative skills and we thrive to give our clients win-win situations. Me and Janell both volunteer in and around Orlando, Florida as we feel its important to not only provide for our community but also give back through acts of service.
